Unfortunately, Apache does not allow us to distribute Adobe AIR SDK and
Adobe Flash player global with Apache releases because the Adobe files do
not have Apache licenses.
I'm looking to get around that someday, but for now you just have to keep
trying until you get good downloads.

Also, I have one more point to add, may be firewall is blocking some file
from downloading, like exe, jar, etc, is it possible to download it as zip
or rar and extract it before using it?

Please clear the browser cache for all browsers on your computer.
Then try installing again but right-click and choose enable verbose
logging.
Then if it fails, post the log somewhere. Please do not send it in an
email as it is very large.
