That error indicates that the mxmlc.jar it was looking for was not there, but in theory it just got copied in the steps before, so I really don't how to get into this situation. Maybe the Flex zip download was bad, but I doubt that too. Is there an mxmlc.jar in the lib folder? Also make sure any virus scanner, especially those that check every write to disk is disabled. -Alex
