Actually is flex-messaging-common.jar part of BlazeDS or do we need to
possibly rewrite that as well?

Sounds easy I'm sure you could knock that over in a day :-)

IMO a magnet for bad PR but Adobe seem good at that :-) It's not only Flex
that's going to be effected by this.
Assuming they won't change it, can we get a name and password to access?

I didn't investigate Apache distributing adobe bits. It doesn't make sense for
an open source foundation to do that. I am going to look into creating a
business to do that.

In theory with cache on, the md5 is not checked. What error do you see in the
log?

It's possible the cached version doesn't match the MD5 anymore or similar, I've
raised a few installer JIRA issues along these lines.

Possibly the properties file been cached?
http://flex.apache.org/installer/properties/zh_CN.properties should have a
whole lot of sourceforge.net URLs at the end of the file.

Thanks for testing.

Hi,
With the workaround en_AU now works for me.
Justin
es_ES worked fine.

It's now getting the file from source forge - is that blocked for you?

OK, I think I have fashioned a workaround, but it is past my bedtime here,
so I need someone to finish it.
If you look at our website and the recent changes, I added a bunch of
properties to flex.a.o/installer/properties/en_US.properties, then copied
it to flex.a.o/installer/properties/sdk/en_US.p

Ok, while not a permanent solution, this [1] seems to indicate that JAR is

when the download fails?
