I havent got any computer in my hand but yes you can use some 4.6 flex sdk maven repo and get the artifact/md5 from it, someone can probably point u out the link

If you have any contacts at Adobe you might want to mention this to them - breaking an open source project isn't exactly going to be good PR for them if they don't resolve this quickly. Justin
