I was having some spare time waiting for some "business processes" to grant me
some privileges, so being sort of stuck for asjs at the moment, I decided to
give FlexUnit a try in building this with maven.
I did have to add a few minor additions to my plugin but I managed to ge
new versions.

And regarding examples ... the FlexUnit project does have a
FlexUnit4SampleCIProject or FlexUnit4Turnkey as well as FlexUnit4Tutorials
Projects which should answer all questions about how to use FlexUnit (the
CIProject seems to have an Ant config as well as a Maven config that seem to
both use
which I created an Ant script for publishing Maven
artifacts. I have done this for several other projects now and created a far
more solid approach (Which I already added to other Flex Modules). I'll switch
FlexUnit to using this script instead of the current one as soon as I find the
time.

I would look at your code again. I don't think it's doing what you think it's
doing. A few things including that slice returns a shallow copy. You make a
copy and pass the original up.
However, you don't need a rule at all. Just do this work in the loader.

Are you proposing that Adobe should modify the web page at the link you
posted to make it more clear that FlexUnit is now at Apache
