4.10.0 installs OK (not tested SDK) but 4.9.1 fails to download OSMF. Log

4.11.0 is also broken and fails on the font step - no name or password popup
shows.

4.13.0 looks ok, 4.12.1 is still asking for name and password when trying too
get afe.jar

Yes it's a separate release.
But as most people use it to install it needs to work correctly with a new SDK
release. Some of the SDK issues (eg osmf issues, missing files in Linux) can
only be fixed in the installer or hopefully it'
