I believe I have hacked enough files on our web-site and SourceForge to enable 4.13.0 and 4.12.1 (and possibly earlier releases) to install correctly. The progress bar doesn¹t show progress correctly, but the right bits seem to get downloaded. Let me know if we continue to see extra noise from OSMF failures. -Alex
