[FlexJS] [Maven] Changes to the Maven build

Hi Guys, Today I implemented a new Mojo “PackageJsMojo”. I wasn’t that satisfied with the need to specify the war and the buildhelper mojo in each js build. Now the build automatically produces the war files and attaches them to the build. So, both the war and the buildhelper are now obsolete.
