I believe it was because of the fact that Adobe OSMF team renamed the file from osmf.swc to OSMF.swc when they released v2.0 [1] I guess if we implement your fix, we need to change the Installer to rename OSMF.swc into osmf.swc after downloading the file. Not sure if anything else will get affect
