Do you have a need to compile within netbeans?
If you use maven and want to use a snapshot, doing a
mvn clean install -Pfastinstall is far simpler, then you just rely on the jars.

I believe the last of the required snapshots have now been released (wss4j
1.6, jettison 1.3, neethi 3.0, build-utils 2.3.2) and thus we're pretty much
ready to go.Hopefully, all the releases will get synced to central over
night and we can do the 2.3.2 and 2.4.0 releases tomorrow.
