The RELEASENOTES.md now only contains the latest change, should I vote -1
because of that or we can fix it later?
Terence, this plugins update is just to allow them to install from npm as
there was a mistake. Your changes are on cordova-windows and not merged, so
they will be included in a future

Nightly build #585 for cordova has succeeded!
The latest nightly has been published and you can try it out with 'npm i -g
cordova@nightly'
