The RELEASENOTES.md now only contains the latest change, should I vote -1 because of that or we can fix it later?
Terence, this plugins update is just to allow them to install from npm as there was a mistake. Your changes are on cordova-windows and not merged, so they will be included in a future cordova-windows release if they are merged before that. But looking at it, not sure if that will be merged as other platforms don't allow transparent splash screens.
