Hi All,
I plan on doing a release candidate soon with mac binaries as well as a new
aarch64 binary. I hope to get an RC out within a week or so.

Can convenience binaries be voted on separately from the regular
source release? If so, it might be easier to get the source out first
along with release binaries as they're created.
