- bin archive extracts into commons-jcs-2.0-bin instead of commons-jcs-2.0
- bin archive contains all
Build works fine with JDK 1.6 on Windows 10. Artifacts and site look good.
I assume the clirr errors are okay as there has already been a
discussion for the last beta release.
