Build works fine with JDK 1.6 on Windows 10. Artifacts and site look good.

I assume the clirr errors are okay as there has already been a
discussion for the last beta release.

There are some minor differences to other Commons releases, e.g. in the
naming of the distributions or the content, but not blocking.
