Hey Paul,
That out-of-memory error in the ConfigurationServerImpl might be the
root-cause. This would prevent cloudstack from completely initialising and one
of the last initialisation steps is to enable the admin user.
If you fix that you are a step closer.

Tried to reach you to discuss alternatives, but didn't get hold of you yet. If
you have a moment lets discuss alternatives. I think we can fix some stuff with
packaging.

Kelven, can you have a look at my commit on the same ticket. The Nicira and
midonet gurus are missing here.

Hey Kelven,
I commented on your patch on the review board. Can you modify the patch so all
Nicira and MidoNet stuff is also in? I fixed master so you should be able to
use that.

Indeed,
Nicira components are completely open source so should be in the standard
version.
Same goes for midonet components.

Hey Kelven,
MidoNet is not in 4.1 so not surpising you couldn't find it ;-) My mistake..
I've added the other components to both the standard and the non-oss build in
the 4.1 branch. So everything should be ready to go now. See commit
a0ffb47157c7a14429fddf926a331dc0dacc8c85.
