Another take is to have a big datastore with all jenkins results and
pick e build from it (containing the patch id in the name) to see if
it is the culprit.

This is not very descriptive and makes me suspicious of what I am

Make sure you write plenty of unit tests for whatever methods you need
for the features you are implementing. You can not exaggerate for a
while. Coverage is behind quite a bit and I am not a betting man, so I
bet there is going to be a 4.2.1.
