as main, or download install the deb from:
https://packages.ubuntu.com/focal/cpu-checker
Once cpu-checker is installed, you can try to add your KVM/Ubuntu host.

Alex and came up with a PoC/design which can be implemented in the following
phases:
* Phase1: implement ipv6 support in isolated networks and VPC with static
routing

You're on a unsupported distro, I thought you were on Ubuntu.
Debian is not a supported distro, however you can test/explore by manually
installing cpu-checker from Ubuntu repos.
