Fang told me the snapshot feature works on her environment(which is on 4.1), so
I need more mgt server logs to identify the issue.

I bumped CLOUDSTACK-1224 up to critical, as Francois is mentioning that
it breaks snapshotting.
It appears to be already assigned to you. Can you look at the bug as soon
as possible (or reply to let us know if you aren't able to get to it)?
