Fang told me the snapshot feature works on her environment(which is on 4.1), so
I need more mgt server logs to identify the issue.

We just replicated the exact same thing on our setup today. We use
up-to-date 4.1 with couple commit behind maybe. This bug kills a key
feature (snapshots!).
