[GSOC2014] Progress Update - week two

Hi Guys, Just a quick update on progress for last week. *[ec2stack]* Since the last progress email I've completed support of tag actions. There is now support for listing / creating / deleting Cloudstack tags through ec2stack. I wrote the required tests and updated the documentation accordingly.
