Yup, the versions numbers are different, upgrade should work fine.

0.0.1 = initial gcloud release
0.0.2 = rename from gcloud to gstack
0.0.3 = extract configuration file out of project folder
0.1.0 = Add support for GCE GA


I'll add a HISTORY.rst file to the repo to keep track of release changes.
