https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-2992 is a regression, so I'm closing this vote for now. I'm going to rebuild artifacts as the ones for this vote but with https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CASSANDRA-2785 reverted (as this is the cause for #2992) and call a new vote from that. -
