The following artifacts are based on the artifacts of the previous 0.8.3 vote from which I have reverted the culprit: CASSANDRA-2785. This is the only difference. Please be sure to double check that CASSANDRA-2992 is not a problem with these artifacts. I thus propose the following new artifacts for release as 0.8.3.
