Any feedback on picking a tested Python version for cqlshlib? I'm inclined
to focus on Python 3.7 as we push toward finishing the ticket.

ck it back up and get it working with the current head of develop. That
way we would be in a better place to address CASSANDRA-10190 and the Python
3 issue.

consider releasing a ported cqlsh independently, for installation through
distutils or pip.
