candidate version.
Regarding the NOTICE file, I think there’s some flexibility in how projects
interpret and include information in it. Some projects mention only what’s
required, while others, such as Ha

I checked:
Source Package
- The DISCLAIMER file is missing (we need to include this file during
incubation).
- The NOTICE and LICENSE files look good.
Binary Package
- The DISCLAIMER file is missing.
- The LICENSE file looks fine, but you haven’t included LICENSE files for
other dep
