Hi, I've just added the infrastructure to create WHATSNEW and the README.html needed for releases from an XML file to the Antlibs build system. It should be simple to create Atom feeds from it as well. An example changes.xml can be found in the .NET Antlib. I've decided to lean on the format of

I could make up something ad-hoc myself[1], but wanted to ask whether anybody around here knows an existing DTD/Schema that would lend itself to changelog style documents. Somebody must have created something like this before. I've toyed with it in sanbdox/antlibs/gendoc. There's a whatsnew.xml
