We can try out the latest master, but probably not for a bit, as we're in
the middle of shoring up our own RC.
My concern is more around 2.4.x. If that bug exists in 2.4.x, it means
2.4.x is mostly dead-on-arrival. Our sbt users hit the issue immediately,
even if our own unit tests did
