Hey everyone, According to section 6.1 in the i18n policy [1], I suggest adding Hussein Awala as a code owner & translation owner for the Arabic language. Hussein is a long-time Airflow PMC member and a committer, a native Arabic speaker, and actively helps with the PR for adding the Arabic locale
