In default usb-modeswitch-data have installed a file:
/lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb_modeswitch.rules
After connect the modem, device is recognised but Modem Manager don't
see it.
For FIX this issue change priority by command:
sudo mv /lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb_modeswitch.rules
/l
