In Firefox 70 the 'Set Desktop Background' drop-down has options:
Centre, Tile, Stretch, Fill, Fit and Span
Span doesn't work too well here. Probably due to monitors being of

Additional thought on my scenario ... I was also working in a duel
monitor mode when gnome crashed. In my case Thunderbird was on my
primary monitor, and the thunderbird dialog came up on my secondary
monitor. Interacting with this dialog is when gnome crashes.

I've sponsored all the SRUs now. I also backported the testcase for
bionic. On xenial the same testcase *hangs*. That is likely to be due to

why does a power event count as a new connect or reconnect? Yes, it
shouldn't! The physical connection status normally should not change
with a power event.

used in two scenarios:
(1) During paint -> GridOffset is already part of ViewTransformation2D
(2) Other (IsVisible, getPrimSeq, ...) -> GridOffset *not* added
while (1) is coming from LazyControlCreationPrimitive2D::get2
The embedding to TransformPrimitive2D is indeed created by
ViewObjectContact::getPrimitive2DSequence and taking
supportsGridOffsets/getGridOffset into account - what is completely corect and
core element of the change.
