In order to reproduce this issue you need to enable client side decorations (CSD) in Firefox. Open Firefox and click on the main menu. When the menu pops up, click on "Customize." At the very bottom-left of the screen there is a checkbox labeled "Title Bar." By default, it’s checked. Uncheck it to
