In order to reproduce this issue you need to enable client side
decorations (CSD) in Firefox. Open Firefox and click on the main menu.
When the menu pops up, click on "Customize." At the very bottom-left of
the screen there is a checkbox labeled "Title Bar." By default, it’s
checked. Uncheck it to enable CSD. As soon as you do, the change will
take effect ad the issue is visible.

Title:
Titlebar corners are not correctly rendered

Status in firefox package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
With 18.04 and inside the regular Xorg Ubuntu session (and the Ambiance theme
selected) the corners of the headerbar/titlebar in firefox 71.0 are not
correctly rendered.
There is a white area "bleeding" out of the rounded border making the window
a square.
