In looking to attempt a fix of this Bug, with the hope of working to
apply the fix suggested by Dan Williamns in the mailing list post from

I Found this through Harvest, it shows up with a Kubuntu tag. However
Kubuntu doesn't use this package, I believe it uses KDE Printer
Configuration tool, which provides user assignment support
