I have same issue on Debian Sid, with kernel 6.5.0-1-amd64. It's not directly cold boot vs reboot. If I start my PC and reboot (ctrl+alt+del) on Grub stage, OS won't boot. To start my OS I need to: * Power on Intel NUC12SNKI72 * Boot Debian from Grub * Boot will hang at "Loading initial Ramdisk" *
