Watching e.g. Youtube and skipping forwards/backwards with left and
right arrow. Typically requires a bunch of attempts as the issue is
fairly rare.

operations.
Clicking on desktop icons works perfectly on both.
Drawing a selection box works when using the stylus but not when using a
finger. Touch + drag is essentially a no-op.

Using newest utopic my screen flickers to black and back every now and
then during regular use. After a few seconds it comes back. Whenever
this happens I get an error trace in dmesg. All of them are slightly

I tried drm-intel-nightly version 03-05. I suspended an woke the monitor
10 times in a row and it worked fine. There was no unexpected output in
dmesg.

However in this case it brought the monitor up but at the wrong
resolution (1024x768). That happens sometimes. Going to system settings
-> displays -> detect displays makes it detect the resoutions properly.

I have similar symptoms except that the local menu bar is never shown.
This happens even If you run some DE that is not Unity. This makes the
menu elements inaccessible.
