I would need help on how to try that, and testing it would be rather
inconvenient since the problem doesn't show up every time. But if you can
provide instructions I could try (sorry I'm a regular user without any
technical knowledge).

You seem to be right : the hdmi monitor seems to be reset... This didn't happen
a few weeks ago (maybe 21.04 update).
