Gedit 3.22 crashes upon launch whenever gedit-latex-plugin AND (the
Snippets plugin OR External tools) are enabled.
Gedit works fine with onlt the latex plugin OR the snippet plugin
enabled.
Steps to reproduce :
Open gedit
go to edit-preferences-plugins
uncheck all plugins
Same thing here upon booting. "Light Display Manager" is not offered as
an option when switching users though.

The Synctex plugin is apparently not installed by gedit-plugins. There
is no "synctex" folder been created in usr/lib/gedit/plugins/ Obviously
the plugin does not appear among the available plugins in gedit
preferences/plugins.
The Synctex plugin appears to be in the package
Apparently this has been fixed in Quantal Beta 2

In a pdf file created with pdftex using Tikz, the patterns are not
rendered correctly. Namely, the pattern spills out of the shape they're
supposed to fill. The problem does not appear with Okular or Acrobat
Reader.

In precise beta 2, Totem fails to plays mp4 files downloaded from youtube via
Minitube or the Firefox DownloaHhelper plugin.
Totem does not crash, but displays a black screen.
As a result, totem-video-thumbnailer fails to create a proper snapshot to be
used as a thumbnail f
I'll add that the mp4 files that totem seems unable to read are files
downloaded from youtube using Minitube.
Steps to reproduce:
- open minitube
- search for a video
- download it
- open the downloaded file with totem / run totem-video-thumbnailer on the file
- check that the file is readable wit
In precise beta 2 with all updates as of today, totem fails to read some mp4
videos (although not all). It does not crash but shows a black screen.
totem-video-thumbnailer launched on those files aborts with
totem-video-thumbnailer couldn't process file: 'Trotro et le potager.mp4'
