I've been getting similar crashes to the above description. After adding a few songs to a playlist, the playlist name disappears and rhythmbox crashes. I suspect it may be this upstream bug https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=735083 which may be the same as https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_b
