When not using gtk-theme Yaru, if you visit the Mouse panel in
gnome-control-center the process will then crash on exit, in
`g_static_resource_fini` with abort message:

Thank you for taking this bug on. If it was just a case of the snap
taking a long time it would be tolerable, but in some scenarios it just
hangs with the snap partially installed. This means the application
isn't installed, and now installing it isn't possible without resetting
snap to a consisten

i don't know much about the details, only thing i can say is that i
recently started using ubuntu by dual booting with windows, i'm still a
beginner at that, the installation process was also not fully complete
due to some issues with something called Yaru, but i don't know if
Reopened. Still happening on Oracular using a Zenbook S 13. Putting the
screen to sleep didn't fix it, but putting the whole machine to sleep
did fix it.
This reminds me of a (cursor timers) fix that went into Mutter in the
last couple of months which I will need to find...
