On second thoughts, client-side decoration means that Wayland apps do in
a way set their own position when being dragged. So maybe there is a

I am impacted by this bug. Ubuntu 21.04/Wayland. Only the Dash to

detecting that snapd is usable by checking for the existence of
/run/snapd.socket in the container/chroot. In your case it appears that
the socket exists, meaning that snapd is installed and running. But it

extensions. You can find them in the app called 'Extensions'.

installed chromium-browser package doesn't detect that it is running in
a chroot anymore.

I also hit this within an hour of installing hippo (21.04) on a new
machine, having made zero configuration changes anywhere. My guess is
