I tried to "clean" some (actually many) of my e-mails (I wanted to keep
the text while reducing the file size by deleting the attachments) and
this still seems to be a big problem after 16 years (!)... as I use TB
in a corporate environment, many of the e-mails are signed and thus they
become blank
This bug makes Firefox less attractive to business. Not that I care, but
maybe the Firefox team does?
Also it forces me to start Chrome again and again, and it's the only
reason I ever have for starting Chrome.

As mentioned in comment #30, the fix for nvidia-340 has been released
and available in xenial-updates since January 2018. I can confirm on the
relevant hardware it has been working ever since.
