manager/1.20.4-2ubuntu2.1 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed
repository.

I have a similar issue, in my case with the Bookmark bar's folders and
the system menu. I also cannot reproduce this at will, but today it
happened consistently enough to make a short recording. I'm on Pop_OS
(System76's flavor of Ubuntu 19.04) with the default Gnome Desktop,

When I woke up my computer, the time appeared on the Lock Screen. This
is normal behavior.
However, my main account, which is logged in, uses 12 hour format.
The Lock Screen should match the format of the main account logged in.

uninstalled, but apparently you have to disable an extension before
uninstalling it before it is removed from org.gnome.shell.enabled-
extensions. In any case, it is fully removed and deactivated now.
