Public bug reported: When I woke up my computer, the time appeared on the Lock Screen. This is normal behavior.
However, my main account, which is logged in, uses 12 hour format. The Lock Screen should match the format of the main account logged in. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Set the main sudo account to have 12-hr time format 2. Put the computer to sleep 3. Wake the computer up and look at the lock screen Expected Results: Lock Screen uses 12-hour format, much like my account. Actual Results: Lock Screen uses 24-hour format.
