/usr/local. But still this happened. Needed to use `sudo aa-complain

I have Ubuntu Gnome 16.04.3. After resuming I can change device in settings

Same issue on my Ubuntu 17.10 beta, freshly installed (no upgrade).
Just for completeness, this behaviour happens by just dragging a file
from desktop to any other window of nautilus (no shift key necessary).

Right, I noticed that as well some days ago and got a fix commited
upstream which we are going to get with 3.26.1

Public bug reported:
Upstream stated that it's the way it should be so it's somewhat a bug
fix in our theme, it also improves readability
The theme should be updated but we don't want to land changes that could
impact other softwares that late in the cycle so we propose doing it as
a g-c-c patch
I assume the patch tag was removed because it has bitrotted?
I have submitted a new patch recently upstream:
