gnome-control-center user-accounts crashes on unlock
Status in gnome-control-center package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
gnome-control-center user-accounts crashes on unlock.
gnome-control-center does not crash when unlocking if the password is wrong -
only when password is accepted.
This is on a fresh install of 17.10 daily
Apport does not detect the crash so I cannot generate a crash report with
this.
Running `sudo gnome-control-center` shows a completely different menu
and does not respond to clicks.

Expected:
