I got the same problem. I've attached an example MP3 and here's the
(shortened) output from playing the mp3:

Binary package hint: nautilus
After the latest update, nautilus seems to have lost severall settings.
I now have "92 Objekte" behind every directory and the sorting does not
show the directories first but lists them mixed with other files.
I am unable to correct the settings
