Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
After the latest update, nautilus seems to have lost severall settings. I now have "92 Objekte" behind every directory and the sorting does not show the directories first but lists them mixed with other files. I am unable to correct the settings as selecting Bearbeiten -> Einstellungen (~= Edit -> Settings) immediately crashes Nautilus, which is automatically started again. Expected: - Should have kept the settings - Directories should be sorted first - Should not crash when entering the settings ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 10.04 Package: nautilus 1:2.30.1-0ubuntu1.1 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 2.6.32-23.37-generic 2.6.32.15+drm33.5 Uname: Linux 2.6.32-23-generic x86_64 NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Architecture: amd64 Date: Sun Jul 25 11:27:33 2010 EcryptfsInUse: Yes InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 10.04 LTS "Lucid Lynx" - Release amd64 (20100429) ProcEnviron: PATH=(custom, user) LANG=de_DE.utf8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: nautilus ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: amd64 apport-bug lucid -- settings lost, crash when entering settings https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/609696 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to nautilus in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
