Yes, It's still a bug for me. The solution is to install package
evolution-data-server which contains referenced program

In feisty this bug is disappears, but wrong encoding

Have the same problem:
$ nautilus-sendto file
Init evolution plugin
Init sylpheed-claws plugin
Init gaim plugin

Segmentation fault (core dumped)
So, I can't sand files
I try:
sudo /etc/init.d/dbus restart
sudo /etc/init.d/bluetooth restart
bluetooth-applet
Now, it works for me.
