I am using an System upgraded from Ubuntu 5.10 (final) to Ubuntu 6.06 (final).
Since then the cdrecord funktion of nautilus is not usable. When inserting a
blank CD into the burner and try to write files to CD using naultillus cd burn
function it stops with an internal error
I tested with a fresh installation of Dapper on the second Harddrive of the
same machine, the problem is still the same. So it occurs on a brand ne
installed system as well. Nautilus cdrecord does't work but gnomebaker do.
Burner is a siemens-fujitsu 4x speed CD-writer.

If I may add, it seems not all application windows are equally subject
to this super annoying bug, at least subjectively some more so than
others. For example, I "lose" Geary behind the dock almost all of the
time, whereas Vivaldi is always respectful of where it is supposed to
start and end :)

Ok, I "solved" this issue, by moving to Kubuntu. KDE allows the user to
choose what which button should do. So I simply linked the "switch off"
command to the button on my keyboard and now it works as before. No idea
why Ubuntu is making such a mess of a simple feature like this.

I can confirm: Still present in Karmic. Had a hard time to find that
it's due to AT. Reading the history of this old bug I am really
astonished that it's not taken more serious. If there is no fix, there
could at least be a warning, when enabling AT (which should be disabled
by default then).
